Computer Programmer

    Location: Varied on project needs.

    Qualifications & Experience: Require a Bachelors degree in Computer Science. Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or any closely related field. Up to 2 years of experience a plus.

    Responsibilities:

  • Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow. Test, maintain & monitor computer programs & systems including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems. Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures & quality standards. Provide staff and users with assistance solving computer related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems. Review and analyze computer printouts and performance indicators to locate code problems & correct errors by correcting codes. Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs a computer program is to address. Test the designed system to ensure that it runs error free to the extent technically possible, within the constraints of time, money and available technology. Salesforce Business Analyst / Technical Specialist

    Location: Varied on project needs.

    Qualifications & Experience: Require a Masters degree in Computer Science. Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or any closely related field. Up to 2 years of experience a plus.

    Responsibilities:

  • Analyze communications, information and programming requirements of clients, plan, develop, and design computer systems. Test the designed system to ensure that it runs error free to the extent technically possible, within the constraints of time, money and available technology. Modify existing software and hardware to make it compatible with newer system being designed as per Salesforce application. Re-engineer software package to meet specific requirements. Perform system analysis, data analysis and production support for applications and administration systems. Provide funtional requirement documents including inpputs, processing steps and outputs to meet user needs to assist developers in successfully translating and achieving project goals. Create user stories and particiapte in scrum meetings. Create training documents and maintain project files and updates. Implement system to provide analytical system to monitor operation of assigned application system. Also, to support the project team by participating in enhancements and develop accurate documentation that compiles with the company standard. Perform simple and complex daily administration tasks such as user administration, creating automation rules and other admin related tasks.
